I booked these people through Check a Trade, and they dealt with myself and my son-in-law, they turned up to the appointment on time, we went through what I wanted, and they were polite and willing to listen to what I wanted and offer suggestions. They gave a good competitive price. We dealt with the son initially and he provided us with the quote, we then agreed on the time and date for the work to start with the father/owner of the business. They started on time. He and his staff worked very hard and completed the work of removing an existing patio and laying a new Indian stone patio, moving a large shed, and laying a new concrete base. They were respectful and hard working throughout and when finished came back to sort out any snagging problems a week later, they even cemented a new washing post in for me, they removed all the waste building material, and left everything clean and tidy. Thus I can say I was extremely happy with the quote, their service, and the work completed, and am delighted with the patio. Would highly recommend them.
